Adam Burger

Adam was born in Chicago back in the early 80s and has since lived in TX, CO, WA, and OR as well as traveling extensively (and living) across 3 continents. His deep appreciation for travel and cross cultural experience has held him in good stead while navigating the world of the service/hospitality industry.


While he is relatively new (1 year) to the hospitality industry, he has been involved in a variety of ways in the service industry for over a decade. During his many years of community/labor organizing as well as his ownership of a small independent bookstore in Portland, OR he has built an array of knowledge as it relates to event coordination, cross cultural communication and conflict resolution. His M.A. (Conflict Resolution and Analysis) from the University of Essex in the UK has given him a more complete understanding that from the deepest roots of conflict the seeds of unlimited growth can blossom into the change we seek.


Prior to joining the incredible staff at the DCPA, he was working as a steward for the equally impressive staff at Sports Authority field. He is very excited to make the jump over to the DCPA and to grow with the Epicurean team.

Stephanie Bohr, General Manager

Midwest born and raised, Stephanie came to Denver in 2013 with just over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry. As a child of a mother who owned her own event company in Indianapolis, Stephanie likes to joke that event design is “in her blood.” Genuine. Driven. Insightful. Three words that describe her personality as well as the service she strives to deliver while designing your event. Outside of work, Stephanie loves spending time with her husband hiking, skiing, traveling and cheering on the Indianapolis Colts.

MEGHAN SIBERT, Project Manager

Meghan moved back to Denver from New York City where she worked at Pier Sixty/Abigail Kirsch Catering as a sales administrator for 3 years. She started her sales and catering career at the Hotel Monaco Denver and has since broadened her event experience by working for conventions, event venues and hotels in both the corporate and non-profit worlds. Meghan started working for Epicurean Sports in June of 2010 in Suite and Event Sales at Sports Authority Field at Mile High before becoming the Director of Operations. In 2015, Meghan moved to the Denver Center for the Performing Arts where she became a Project Manager for Epicurean.

Chrystal Vail , Event Designer

Chrystal Vail was raised in the Grand Canyon, Arizona where she started her career in hospitality at the age of 13. Having a love for the outdoors, Chrystal decided her next journey in life would be in Denver, Colorado. Continuing her passion of providing spectacular guest experiences, she started her next chapter at The Oxford Hotel and fortunate to be among the opening team of The Crawford Hotel. Working closely with the catering team at McCormick and Schmick’s, her interest and love for food drove her to working catering part time. As much as she enjoyed being a part of the serving team, she felt that her creative and bubbly personality was much better suited in the event planning process and became a Catering Sales Manger at a Dual Hilton Property downtown. Having always worked in a hotel environment, she wanted to broaden her horizons and took an opportunity with Epicurean as an Event Designer at The Denver Center for Performing Arts.
